Remore console access using Lantronix

Gurus,

Tru64 4.0G on an AS4000 and DS20E.

I need to configure remote console access using a Lantronix
terminal server. I know I need to set up the serial
COM ports to do this. I've never done it before so I need
the steps to activate it.

I will summarize.
