        I got several answers to this one.

        But the one that solved the problem was from Johan Brusche:

sysconfig -q pts
 --->>>pts:
           nptys = 255

To solve online:

sysconfig -q pts nptys=320

For future use after reboot, add to /etc/sysconfigtab
