[Summary] Memory fault with ntpdate & ntpq on 5.1A

Hello managers,

No reply from the list, I got a reply from HP support, that there is a
patch for this problem: T64KIT0022812-V51AB24-ES-20040630.tar

This patch will be included in 5.1A patchkit 7 wherever it will be
released, and even better it works fine!
