Moving accounts

Hello again! ;)

I am essentially copying one system to another. The
new system needs to have the same accounts and
information (i.e. /etc/passwd, groups, home
directories, etc.) as the existing one. Basically,
everything that would be setup using adduser, but I
don't want use that for all 50 accounts.

I guess just cpying the /usr/users directory, passwd,
and group would suffice, but I hought maybe there was
a cleaner way.

No Enhanced Security and no NIS.

Someone asked this question in the group a while back,
but I couldn't find the SUMMARY.

TIA
