Run application on VAX from home

The Question is: 

I would like to be able to run my Vax MicroStation
applications at the office from my home using the P.C.
Is this posible and what software/hardware is required.

The Answer is: 


   At its simplest, you need a modem and a phone line for the OpenVMS
   system and for the PC, and you need a terminal emulator for the PC.
