Is there a service or software package available to run in a
VAXcluster environment/network that will monitor the state
of equipment and remotely alert a person if equipment fails?
We had an issue during a weekend where a transceiver went bad
in one of our remote facilities which left print queues
paused and many terminal servers unreachable. This was not
noticed for many hours and it took many more hours to
isolate and repair. Thanks for your help.
