DECwindowns on VAXstation II GPX

The Question is: 

I have a VaxstationII/GPX -- I am running VMS 5-4 version
on my computer. I have loaded Decwindows but have been
unable to get it to run successfully. I have a problem
with the video. I received the msg that no graphic device
found on the system. My question is what is the proper
way to get the graphic device loaded. I have used sysgen
however no success yet. Is there anything I should be
doing or watching out for --- will Decwindows run on this
processor.

The Answer is: 


   Set SYSGEN WINDOW_SYSTEM to 1 in SYS$SYSTEM:MODPARAMS.DAT, and run
   "@SYS$UPDATE:AUTOGEN GETDATA REBOOT".
