The Question is: 


Can I migrate openvms solutions on Alpha to the OpenStep

environment by NeXT?  If so, how?  Are there relevant

DEC or 3rd Party Tools?

    Sorry Digital is not investing money on migrating away from its
    platforms.  However, if you write your applications on OpenVMS to Posix
    standard, and OpenStep is Posix compliant...
