DECwindows: xdm support

The Question is: 

Dear Wizards,

Can DecWindows be configured to broadcast X Display
Manager services over TCPIP?

The idea is to login to a node from a PC running eXcursion
V2 using XDM control protocol and TCPIP. The UCX V3.3
service REXEC could then be disabled.
