Ask the Wizard Questions

Cluster: FWD SCSI Cluster

The Question is:

We made this week our first alpha-scsi-cluster with this configuration:
    2 alphaserver 2000 with 2 kzpsa and 1 sw300 with2 hsz40-bf connected
with 2 3m-scsi-kabel. i heard, that we need OpenVMS 6.2-1H1 to get
really fast differential support? Is that true and where can i get This
version quickly? In the meantime we fixed the problem, that only one of
the alphas could see the drives in the sw300 by setting scsi slow.

The Answer is:

The kit for the lattest 6.2-1hx is QA-MT1AG-H8.

The 1st FWD SCSI support is for the KZPSA in V6.2-1H1 for clustering.
