Graphics converter

The Question is: 

We company use Alpha 2000 4/275 with Open /VMS 6.2 for on-line used
car dealing system. I'm very satisfying powerfull Alpha chip, and
reliable Open/VMS.
Acctualy, I use VMS from Version 3.6

My question is:
I'm  looking for graphic convertor program (GIF to JPEG) which runs on
Open/VMS + Alpha. The application outline is, get GIF file from Unix ,
and convert it to JPEG format, then PC get it from Opev/VMS by FTP.
If you have any information or advice about it , please let me know.

The Answer is: 

The XV tool will do this.  It is available on the OpenVMS Freeware CD in
directory [XV310A].  The Freeware CD is accessible through
http://h71000.www7.hp.com/openvms/freeware/cd.html
