O/S name guessing

The Question is: 

Is there a VMS like OS that uses 3 letter commands only?  Like:  AUT,
COM, PAR, SET, CAL, etc?  If so what is it called and what can you
tell me about it?

The Answer is: 

Methinks you are referring to the RSX family of operating systems.
That product line was sold to Mentec years ago.
