System management manual

The Question is: 

Do you know where I could get a copy of the
VMS System Manager's Manual.  This book was published
in June of 1989, and is for VMS version 5.2.  The order
number is AA-LA00B-TE.

This book, I was told, is no longer available.

The Answer is: 

You can try calling 1-800-DIGITAL to see if that specific manual can be
ordered, but it seems unlikely.

Can you not use the current OpenVMS manuals for system managers, in
particular:
