DECset: Tools from NT

The Question is: 

Are there plans to extend the reach of DEC's superior build
tools to the NT platform... we are moving from using DECset
to having to use the likes of SourceSafe... needless to
say we are experiencing severe culture shock... it looks
like from first glance it would not be hard to create a
real interface into Visual C's IDE for a remote CMS
server...
