The Question is: 

Is there some type of screen scraper program for vms to
vms?   I know that there are screen scrapers for pc's to
vms  (mitem corp has one).

what I have is a decvoice application running on one node
and a screen driven application on another node.

the decvoice application needs to get information from the
screen driven application on the other vms node.

The Answer is: 

    You would need to write your own application to perform the data
    capture.  You might want to look at SYS$EXAMPLES:LOGGER.C
