DCL: Messed up HELPLIB.HLB

The Question is: 

I was trying to add a custominzed help file to my VMS help
library and now I have no help at all. The file HELPLIB.HLB;1
still exists (6191 blocks), but when I type help, there's no
documentation available. Can you help me recreate my help
library? Thanks!!

The Answer is: 

   Without knowing what happened, it's difficult to resolve the problem.
   I'd suggest rolling the HELPLIB.HLB in from BACKUP or from an OpenVMS
   distribution.
