1st Place - Jailbreak 2004

In Jailbreak, like in many other game types, your objective is to frag the opposing players — but unlike other game types, fragged players go straight into safe custody in the enemy jail when they're killed. To get them out of there, one of their teammates will have to fight his way into the enemy base and trigger the jail release switch that's hidden there (Jailbreak!). It is your task to defend your prison release switch and to free your own teammates when they're in jail. If your opponents manage to get all members of your team in prison, the opposing team will score a point, and your team will die a horrible death.

3rd Place - ROCKETEER

First, it's still Alpha... We didn't progress as much as we wanted to. - Ported to UT2004. - Rocketeer is now a Mod rather than a gametype, as other RA-based gametypes are in the works and will be included in subsequent releases. - The new RKT theme of the GUI is partly done. - The loading screen shows a preview of the arenas of the map being loaded. - The multi-arena code has been revamped and should feel smoother. - The team line and gamestate have been reworked and the team line window now shows team names, symbols, number of players and names of all players. - There are rewards for nice actions (air rox, rocket-snipe combo) that show above players' heads and on the HUD of the player who get them. - Too many things have changed to be listed here. Please have a look at the changelog ;)

4th Place - Slave Master

Slave Master is a free-for-all gametype, like Deathmatch. When a player is killed, they respawn as their killer's slave. Slaves have a ghost-like appearance and cannot receive nor deal damage. When a slave picks up items, they are given to his master and the slave earns "favor." If a slave can earn 100 favor, he has "earned his freedom" and respawns as a player again. Another way for a slave to earn favor is by "tagging" enemy masters. Slaves can shoot a tagging orb by pressing primary fire. Once a player has been tagged, the slave's master can easily see the location of the tagged player. The objective is to enslave every other player in the match. ***** Please note that I have included a tutorial, just like the official gametypes! Simply go to Instant action, select Slave Master and then click "Watch Game Tutorial"
