Emergency Order Service

A system has gone down that's critical to your organization. Get the parts you urgently need by calling the Emergency Order Service.

Shipping Commitments

Shipping commitments will be given only between 8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. (E.S.T.), Monday through Friday!

In the rare event that the part is out of stock, we will recommend alternative action. For example, we may suggest calling on Compaq Customer Services onsite support, or ordering the next highest assembly.

Here's what we need to process your order:

  • Device type that is inoperable
  • Machine serial number
  • Billing, shipping information and stocking location
  • Purchase order number
  • Tax status
  • Insurance by customer or Compaq
  • Part number
  • Quantity
  • Customer's name and phone number

Delivery and Service Fees

For all U.S. emergency orders, charges include current list price for part(s), and shipping charges. Other charges may apply in your country.

Restrictions

  • Parts limited to those designated as spares defined by Compaq
  • Non-U.S. customers contact their local Compaq subsidiary or Sales office
  • No discounts apply
  • Parts are not returnable, unless found to be defective.

This service is available to customers who are ordering hardware maintenance service on Compaq products that are owned, leased, or resold by the purchaser.
