Parts Exchange Service

Parts Exchange Service offers the exchange of defective items for repaired or refurbished ones, at less than the cost of purchasing a new one. Thousands of parts for Compaq, Digital, Tandem and other vendors are available for exchange.

With this service, you're assured of high-quality replacement parts. The level of quality is attained through consistent and well-managed processes that comply with international standards such as ISO 9000.

Parts Exchange offers a cost-effective approach to maintaining your systems. Non repairable items not covered under this offer can be replaced through Assisted Services Parts Service.

Advanced Exchange is available. This optional service minimizes downtime while you wait for a replacement part. The ordered parts are shipped within a specified time period. There is no need to return the defective part first.
