Warranty and Installation Availability

  • PARTS are warranted against defects in workmanship and material for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. PARTS are customer installable. For return instructions contact your Customer Services administrator at the location where you placed your order.

  • PARTS EXCHANGE repairs are warrantied against defects in workmanship and material for a period of ninety (90) days after date of shipment by Compaq.

  • DIAGNOSTIC software is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. DIAGNOSTIC software is customer installable.

  • DOCUMENTATION is provided "as is" without any warranty of form or content.

  • Products are sold solely for the remedial maintenance of Compaq hardware systems and options. Compaq reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders intended for any other purpose.

  • The warranty of the Enhancement Product is equal to the warranty of the product shipped.

  • The warranty for enclosure products in one year.
