In exchange for their old unit, customers can realize significant savings on the cost of either an LA30W Companion Printer or the LA450 Printer for commercial and industrial applications.

LA30W/LA450 Printer Warranty and Service Information
The Base Warranty for the LA30W/LA450 is one year Return to Compaq. This warranty support will allow the Customer to return defective product to Compaq or designated service provider, for repair or replacement during the warranty period. Phone support is available through Compaq's Customer Services organization Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, local time.
