You specify an inventory of the spare parts you need to support your maintenance service activities for Compaq system platforms, and the inventory is delivered to your site(s) where you can immediately access spares to meet any hardware support/repair situation. This saves time over traditional procurement methods, which translates directly into reduced downtime and higher availability.
