Multivendor Service and Support	Multivendor Service and Support provides technical assistance to all users who have a valid Windows NT Alpha warranty or help desk contract. If this applies to you, contact your local Multivendor Service and Support center for technical support.
Commercial Internet Service: Call Logging - Via the Web	DIGITAL now offers technical support via the Internet and the Worldwide Web for non-PC customers in the US. Even without a service contract you can log a call quickly and easily without using the phone.Those without a service contract can arrange payment on a per-call basis via credit card or purchase order.
Technical Support Forum	DIGITAL Semiconductor offers the Technical Support Forum - a free service. Open twenty-four hours a day, the Forum provides support information, problem-report forms, discussion groups and more. You must register the first time you access the forum. After that, you simply log on using your registered name and password.
