uninteruptible processes

Dear DEC OSF/1 support and experts,

        A number of DEC OSF/1 user community suffers from the problem of
uninteruptable processes. I knew that from this newsgroup, there is a
patch. Would some people kind enough to tell me where I can get a
patch? The system here is a DEC 3000/500 running OSF/1 version 2.1.
