this is not really an answer, but:

you don't say which version of nsr you are running; older versions than
4.1 had lots of problems (IMHO) dealing with jukeboxes. although not
perfect, version 3.1 deals a LOT better with jukeboxes.

you may want to upgrade to 3.1, even after your question is resolved.
