ECU V1.6 for a 2100/A500 - where to get?

Hello all,

    I would like to upgrade out 2100 from OSF V3.0 to V3.2. The
documentation I have says that firmware V3.9 is required. In the upgrade
documentation for the firmware, it says that the ECU needs to be rerun
afterwards, and that version 1.6 of the ECU is required.

    I have V1.5 of the ECU; where does one get 1.6? Did it come with the
3.2 upgrade? (Due to a variety of reasons, all I can find is the CDs for
the firmware and OSF; I don't know what else came with the kit.) If it
didn't come with the kit, how does one get it?
