Disabling Mail for a User

Hi,

Is there a way in which I can disable a individual user's mail, that is any
mail addressed to a particular user is returned to the sender. I only
want to do this to a couple of users on the system who never check their
mail and are subscribed to a million list serves and hogging up my /usr.
