DEC 3000/Model 900 firmware upgrade

Hi - does anyone know which image on the version 3.1 firmware update
CDROM should be used to upgrade the firmware on a DEC 3000//Model
900?

The current version of the firmware is 5.1 and the release notes indicate
the DEC 3000 needs to upgraded to 6.0 but it doesn't indicate which image
should be used for the Model 900.
