emacs problems

Hi managers,

we have some problems with emacs-19.27.1 on an Alpha 3800 with OSF/1
V3.0.

On this machine the emacs dies on some days five times a day
even without user action. This happens also with autosave disabled.
The error message is "memory fault" or "done 70" (once).

This problem occurs mostly at the console, sometimes in coincidence
with IDL or Mathematica.


Any ideas?
