DEC vs HP Mean Time Between Failure numbers

     Does anyone have MTBF numbers for the DEC AlphaStation 250 4/266?
     I am trying to put together a presentation for our execs. I am hoping
     to sell them on DEC Alphas instead of HP 715/100 workstations. I have
     the benchmarks for the two systems, but MTBF numbers are important for
     one of our critical SCADA tasks.
     
     Also, if anyone could send me comments on their experiences with the
     two machines and any reliability issues, it would be much appreciated.
