[Q] slow logouts

System: Alpha 2000 4/233
o/s: Digital Unix v3.2b

        Upon exiting from the system, there is a hang of about one minute
before a session is closed. This occurs after:-

1) telnet logins from the console
2) telnet logins from remote sessions

It does not occur after:-

1) normal logins from the console
2) rlogins from anywhere

Why might this happen?
