tcp_wrappers

     Hi. I am currently trying to install tcp_wrappers. I have gotten the
     files from the internet. I created two new directories. One
     "tcp_wrappers" and "banners". I did the command
     
     "make REAL_DAEMON_DIR=/usr/sbin STYLE--DPROCESS_OPTIONS alpha"
     
     in the tcp_wrappers directory.
     
     Then in the banner directory with the file prototype there -- I
     modified the make file taking out the "IN" references. Then I did
     make makefile
     
     All I want to do is have a login banner appear on the login screen
     before the login prompt. What do I do from here. I tried a few
     things and could not make the login banner appear.
