Modifying PCI configuration

I have an Alphaserver 1000 4/233 with an ATI Mach64 card installed.
Everything was working fine until I used the firmware update utility v3.5.
Now the system won't boot. I comes up with a system hardware type 0x660
and brings me back to the system console prompt. If I remove the card and
switch back to the onboard VGA adapter, it boots up fine.

When I go the the ARC console and look at the system hardware
configuration, it shows the ATI card as having an IRQ setting of 'aa'. On
another working system, it shows up as '0'.

I think if I change it back to 0, it should bring it up. But none of the
documention says anyting about modifying the PCI configuration. Are there
some system utilities to modify the PCI configuration?

Anybody out there with any suggestions? My next available option would be
to call DEC service in.

TIA,
