Anyone know the whereabouts of Digital Unix 4.0?

Since I have not seen DU 4.0 on a milk carton and I have not read of
`problems' installing it, I assume that no one else has the `official'
release yet. I have had the doc set for a few weeks now and I was
wondering if anyone was aware of the real ship date. Obviously the
March 1996 projection was a little off...
