FDDI PCI DEFPA controller summary

Thanks for the responses. The fix was that the man pages were incorrect
and in fact the fta0 controller will work for the DEFPA DEC PCI FDDI SAS
UTP controller.

To fix this, find your GENERIC kernel, add the fta0 line to your local
kernel, doconfig -c on your local kernel and voila.
