Phantom User (Ghost)

I have a user in my system that is showing up under finger, who, and
last. However, if I do a grep on ps -ef looking for that userid or
user details, there is nothing there.

finger RA

<Login name: RA In real life: Ra Walters
< Directory: /usr/users/outpats Shell: /bin/ksh
< On since Sep 5 07:27:06 13 seconds
<Idle Time
< on ttyp2 from ts8

<On since Sep 5 11:53:36

< on ttysa from ts8

<No Plan.

So she is on in two places, now I do a

ps -ef|grep RA

<root 32161 22564 0.0 11:56:04 ttyq4 0:00.02 grep RA
< DEBRA 31086 31072 0.0 11:27:55 ttyre 0:03.28 udt

Am I missing something blindingly obvious here?
Why does she show up with those commands but not in the processes.

Thank you in advance...
