SUMMARY: VET memory test fail

From: Patrick O'Brien <pobrien_at_cfa.harvard.edu>

Problem

On an AlphaServer 2100 running DU 3.2, configured with 512MB RAM,
2GB swap, and running in lazy swap mode, the system failed the
        Verifier and Exerciser Memory tests.

Summary

The Verifier and Exerciser Tool is a retired product. I upgraded
to DU4.0 and ran memx(8), and the system passed all tests.
