fork/procudp: task_create failed

     Hi --
     
     On one of our Alpha 2100/275, DU 3.2c, we get the following error:
     
     Sep 10 11:03:27 maindec vmunix: fork/procdup: task_create failed.
     Code:0x11
     
     and a few messages after that saying the last message was repeated
     1,492 then 28, then 223 times...
     
     Any suggestions to fix this problem?
