Terminals occupied by disconnected users

Hello,

The problem is known by a lot of "osf-managers" : sometimes disconnected
users are still here when running the commands "w", "last", "who" etc...
and no more processes are running for them.

Today, after applying the security patch for syslog & C2, the problem totally
disappeared. It's probably the best solution.
Sorry for the last question from "Randy Rodgers" <rrodgers_at_fwi.com> about
"pseudo terminal with no processes for user", I was late.

For DUnix 3.2C, the patch is referred by SSRT035901_OSF1032C

Hope this helps
