C2 Security + wu-ftpd

        I'm have a DEC 3000/300 with OSF/1 2.0 and C2 security (enhanced), when
installing wu-ftpd the machine users don4t can acces ftp, only the guest user
can acces by ftp.

        I known that the problem is C2 security because when setting to BASE the
problem don't exist.

Any Solution...??
