Alpha with ATI Mach 64: Sync in green possible for VRT19-HA?

Hi,

Next monday we get a test alpha system with an ATI Mach 64 graphics
board and we want to run it under Digital Unix 4.0. In the long run
I want to use a DEC VRT19-HA fixed frequency monitor with the system.

The monitor has only three BNC connectors while the ATI Mach 64 has
a standard PC SVGA connector and I hope to get an appropriate adapter
cable.

Now for my questions:

1.) Can the ATI Mach 64 be configured (by some console command) to
deliver the sync signals in green as the VRT-19HA monitor
requires it? I know that the DEC TGA card can be configured like
    this.

2.) Can the ATI Mach 64 be configured to stay at 1280x1024 _at_ 72Hz
in all modes (text mode as well as graphics mode). Can this
configuration be done in the Alpha or would I need to plug
the board into a PC and run the configuration there?

Thanks -- Tom
