We have a made one alpha 200 as mail server to connect to the ISP to
exchange mail. We want to attach another modem on this to allow
dial-in access to users to connect to this through phone. The
problem is:
It has only two comm ports.
One of these is used as console and other is for dialing out to the
ISP.
Problem:
1. How do I connect the second modem on the machine?
2. Can we do something the the same modem can work for dialing out in
the night time and during the day it permits dialing-in. In other
words time slice the dialing-in and dialing-out from the same modem?
3. Are there any multiport serial cards?
