Summary: 4.0a boot halt, (new install)

Didn't get any answers, Digital H/W support resolved this one. Below is
my question. The answers are...

Since I added a drive and NIC either or both could have been the culprit
for the panic. Running the following reset the h/w and fixed the panic.

>>> boot <boot devive> (System proceeded to boot.)

No answer for the dump_dev question.
