We are processing an update from 3.2G to 4.0A, but the update process
after the copy of the OSFBASE package (the first one of the update).
The verification aborts and suspects a media problem.
We have already used this media without problem .
In fact a first analyze seems to link the problem with the shared
library : the verification process can't start because it can't load the
shared library.
Now the system is in a unstable state and many command can't be executed
for the same reason. We tried to restore the backup, but "restore" was
not able to restore the restore process itself and the result is that
the restore process is a empty file ...
About the shared library, it seems that the "/shlib" directory didn't
exist with 3.2G and has been created by the process update. We suppose
that this new directory could have an impact on the search of the shared
libraries.

Any idea will be welcome.
