AlphaStation vs. AlphaServer

Hi all,

I've had some probles with AlphaStations 255, when I use it as
application servers (files server, database server, etc.). This machines
has failed some times generating crash-dump files.
 
Does anyone know if there is a restriction to use an AlphaStation as an
AlphaServer?
