libdecpex.so for DU4.0 ?

Hi,

I am running some software, which asks for libdecpex.so
I don't see this library existing for DU4.0.

Is there some library which I could use as a substitute?

by the way libdecpex.so is supplied with DU4.0 in the O3DDWSCOMMON330
packedge, but refuses to install itself under DU4.0
