boot time error message after upgrade to 4.0B

Since upgrading to DU 4.0B our AlphaStation 600's
all give the following error messages on bootup

                                        isp0 at pci1000 slot 1
                                        isp0: QLOGIC ISP1020A
                                        cam_logger: CAM_ERROR packet
                                        cam_logger: bus 0
                                        isp_probe
                                        NVRAM parameters invalid, using driver
                                         _Fast10 defaults
                                        isp0: Firmware revision 5.1 (loaded by
                                         _console)
                                        Testing of physical memory complete (0
                                         _pages bad).
                                        scsi0 at isp0 slot 0
                                        rz0 at scsi0 target 0 lun 0 (LID=0)
                                         _(DEC RZ29B (C) DEC 0016)
                                        rz5 at scsi0 target 5 lun 0 (LID=1)
                                         _(DEC RRD45 (C) DEC 1645)
                                        isp1 at pci1000 slot 2

Our 1000A server gives similar message.

We have just upgraded from 3.2G to 4.0B and loaded the lasted firmware
(under V3.9 directory ) from DEC's ftp site.

What have I missed?

The systems all seem to run OK.
