help with blocking an address via smtp

Hi everybody,

I need to block and ip address from accessing our network because they
are filling our mail box with junk mail, aomeone knows how to do it?, I
got an AlphaServer 2000 with DU 3.2g and a AlphaServer 1000 with DU
4.0b.
