help with an update problem

Hi everybody,

we recently upgrade an AlphaServer 1000 from DU 3.2c to DU 4.0B and we
enable with this update the C2 security, everything worked fine, but
after that, our users told us they couldn't change the password, we
tried to look for an answer and found that some users got this message
when they try to change the password:

Autentication Error: contact your Administrator

Someone knows something about this problem and how to solve it?
