SUMMARY: tcpdump not working properly.

Got the information I need to get tcpdump to work properly. Here is the
complete setup so people in the future can look at this to get started.
Make sure you have the option PACKETFILTER in your kernel config.


1. In the /dev directory do a MAKEDEV pfilt.
2. then do a pfconfig +p +c tu0 (or whatever interface you are using)
3. then run tcpdump with the appropriate options
